First, pick a store near you.2.) Then, go to “Shop the Aisles.”3.) Add the food you want to your cart. Why can't I find the food I want? The food you see is from the store you picked. If you don’t see much food, try picking a different store.If you still can't find what you need, please email us for help at help@attane-health.com. Can I change or cancel my order? No. Once you place your order, you cannot change or cancel it. Please check that your cart is right before you submit your order. How will I get my food? A driver will bring your food in grocery bags. They will come during the time you picked.The bags will not stay cold. Please bring your food inside right away so it doesn't spoil. How do I know my food is here? We ask the driver to ring your doorbell. Please also watch for the driver during your delivery time, just in case they forget to ring the bell. What if some of my food is missing? Sometimes, a store runs out of an item before our shopper can buy it for you.If this happens, please email us at help@attane-health.com. Tell us what food was missing. We will give you a credit to use on your next order. What if my food is broken or squished? Please email us at help@attane-health.com. Tell us what food was damaged and send a picture. We will email you back in two days to help you.
